Company Offsites: Holiday Home Terms

Last modified:

By agreeing to be listed with Company Offsites you are agreeing to the following terms:

Company Offsites team will check via email on availability when we have a customer request for a venue. Unless instructed to check pricing and availability on your website.

Company Offsites will inform the venue owner of the requested dates and any extra requests. Our groups book catering and activities alongside their venue from 3rd party suppliers. Company Offsites team will organise all catering and activities for their event and we will use venue extras where possible as long as they fit the budget and needs of our client.

All 3rd party suppliers will have public liability insurance and would have been vetted by our partner My Event Concierge.

Once the venue has confirmed availability we offer the venue as an option alongside some other venues for the client to choose from.

We will list your venue on Company Offsites website under a different name than the one you have to ensure our clients book with us.

Payment Terms:
We charge a 10% commission to our venue owners. This is charged from the deposit payment from the client. We are happy to have this fee in terms of an uplift.

The client will make a 35% deposit to secure the venue (total cost of what you confirm to us when confirming availability) of which 25% will be paid to the venue host as a deposit to secure the date. 10% will be given to Company Offsites as our commission.

Security deposits will be taken from the client and Company Offsites will hold this money until after the event. We will check with the owners after the event date before issuing a refund to the client. The amount of the security deposit should be quoted to Company Offsites team when we request a quote.

The final balance is due 60 days before the event. Company Offsites will collect final payment from the client and make payment to the venue owner.

If the event is within the next 60 days, then the full payment will be paid to the venue owner on booking (minus Company Offsites 10%).

Customer Cancellation
If there is a customer cancellation before 60 days of the event, then the deposit is non-refundable and the venue host will keep the 25% deposit that has been made.

If there is a customer cancellation within 60 days of the event and then full balance has been paid. Then it is at the venue discretion whether to offer a partial refund.

Venue Cancellation
If the venue owner needs to cancel the booking before the event, then the total fee will be refundable.

Unforeseen Circumstances
- Under the current circumstances, please be aware that all bookings are subject to COVID-19 rules and regulations that are set out by the government. In case your booking cannot go ahead due to these rules. We will support the client and the venue owner to find an alternative date. If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon and the event date is outside of the 60 days cancellation then the venue host will keep the 25% deposit that has been made. If within 60 days of the event and then full balance has been paid. Then it is at the venue discretion whether to offer a partial refund.
