Located close to Ashbourne and within walking distance of the beautiful Carsington Water, our cottages provide the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

Situated on the cusp of the Peak District National Park, our 16 holiday cottages boast excellent facilities and are just a stone's throw away from fantastic attractions such as Alton Towers, Gulliver's Kingdom, and Chatsworth House.

Our property features an indoor heated swimming pool, a communal games room, and expansive grounds to explore. With 42 bedrooms and 31 bathrooms, we can comfortably accommodate your team. Additionally, we offer an event space for up to 93 people, making Derbyshire Cottages the ideal self-catering venue for corporate retreats and team-building events.

Accommodation breakdown:
- Sleeps 31 in private rooms with private shower/bathrooms
- Sleeps 42 in private rooms sharing shower/bathrooms
- Sleeps 81 in single beds sharing rooms and shower/bathrooms
- Sleeps 76 in twins over 36 private rooms with shared shower/bathrooms

Check In / Check Out:
- Weekday & Fridays: Accommodation from 4pm & Event space from 9am.
- Depart cottages by 10am and event space by 5.30pm
