About Devon Estate

Set in Morebath near Tiverton, Devon Estate has been welcoming guests for more than 50 years and offers a private, polished countryside escape within easy reach of London. The estate provides a calm, distraction-free environment for teams to work, dine, and spend time together, with a concierge team available to tailor the stay to individual requirements.

The venue is particularly well suited to smaller executive groups, client hospitality, and companies looking for a distinctive retreat experience. Alongside comfortable accommodation and excellent food, guests can enjoy the estate’s countryside setting, walks, and optional outdoor and sporting experiences.

Accommodation

Devon Estate offers two principal private residences for corporate groups.

Loyton Lodge: A contemporary country retreat with 10 ensuite bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests.

Molland House: A secluded Victorian farmhouse with 10 bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests.

Both residences offer generous private space, allowing teams to stay, dine, and spend time together in a relaxed and exclusive setting.

Dining and Facilities

Devon Estate offers fully catered dining prepared by an in-house chef, with menus tailored in advance to suit the group. Loyton Lodge includes a welcoming dining room, light-filled breakfast room, bar, sitting room, billiard room, and cigar room, creating plenty of space for both formal dinners and relaxed social time.

The estate’s concierge team can help coordinate accommodation, catering, travel, and activities, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.

Experiences and Activities

For teams looking to add something memorable to their stay, Devon Estate can arrange countryside experiences and activities across its Exmoor and South West estates. Options include guided shoots, clay pigeon shooting, walking, riding, and time to explore the surrounding Devonshire countryside.
