Kent Farm Retreat can host a range of group sizes with flexible, high-comfort stays across 6 venues with a total of 34 bedrooms.

- The Ferry House – 11 en suite B&B rooms (10 king-size, 1 double/twin)

- The Farmhouse – 8 en suite bedrooms (all double or twin)

- The Saltings – 6 en suite bedrooms (all double or twin)

- Marsh View – 4 bedrooms (2 en suites, 2 double/twin)

- Fleet Lodge – 3 bedrooms (1 en suite, all double or twin)

- Harrier’s Nest – 2 double/twin bedrooms (no en suites)

Meeting & Event Spaces:

Projector, Screen, Flip Chart and pens included.

On-site venues include The Farmhouse’s open-plan living area, plus The Ferry House’s Boardroom, Meeting Room, and larger event spaces available if needed.

Full Stay Catering:

We have an on-site restaurant, bar and event venue. We can offer breakfast delivered to the cottage, lunch buffets and 3 course meals in the evening.

£120 per guest for 1 night stay.

Travel to Kent Farm Retreat by train:

You can take a direct service from London St Pancras International or London Victoria in under an hour. You will need to arrive in Sittingbourne or Sheerness, from either of these destinations, a 25-30 mins for a taxi to the venue.

Our team will provide a list of taxi companies from Sittingbourne/Sheerness.

We can recommend coach companies or bring your own car.

Distance from Airports:

- Gatwick Airport – 1hr 20min
- London Stansted – 1hr 30min
- Sittingbourne / Sheerness stations – 25-30 mins for a taxi to the venue.
