Welcome to Kent Place Estate, a unique rural eco-friendly corporate retreat, ideal for events, meetings, seminars, retreats and workshops in Kent.

The beautiful surroundings and aura of being away from the city is the perfect environment to inspire fresh thinking.

Situated just 35 miles from London in the peaceful Kent countryside, sustainable and eco-friendly principles are at the heart of this stunning estate.

Immersed in 500 acres, complete with 60 acre woodland and organic farm, this is an ideal place to take your team on an inspiring walk with the estate's underwoodman who is armed with plenty of incredible knowledge and experience harnessing the power of nature.

For team activities, there's plenty of outdoor space, including some very old buildings that at certain times of the year, night time team bat walks can be done.

Complete with bat monitoring equipment to locate and listen.

Team retreats from public bodies, social enterprises, commercial businesses, as well as writers, artists and musicians are just to name a few of the people who loved their escape to the countryside.

• Accommodation is split between 5 properties

• Main house, 12 bedrooms with a 13th room downstairs that can be converted to a bedroom, sleeps 25

• Old Stable, 11 bedrooms, sleeps 25

• Small Barn, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

• Mulberry Cottage, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

• Cedar Cottage, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4

• Accommodation for 30 people single occupancy or 50 to 60 sharing rooms

Event Spaces

• Kent Place Estate offers flexible spaces that suit both smaller and larger groups

• You may take the whole site or choose which buildings meet your needs

• The historic house and nearby converted farm buildings can be hired individually or in combination

• You will have exclusive use of the space you have booked

• Most large groups staying here also hire out The Large Barn which is ideal for group practice and large meetings

• Warm, yet spacious with high ceilings and original beams

• The barn can easily accommodate 20 people practising yoga and up to 150 people conference style or around dining tables

• The barn is equipped with a basic kitchen as well as toilets

• It overlooks our courtyard area and is adjacent to the Old Stable

Travel Accessibility

• 35 minutes from Gatwick Airport

• London Bridge to Sevenoaks in 30 minutes

• A short 15 minutes from Sevenoaks railway station to the venue

Check-in / Check-out

• Check in 4pm

• Check out 10am weekdays

• Check out 11am weekends but this depends requirements

• Also offer 2 day, 1 night packages
